Taporel Electrical didn't stop researching and developing since the large diameter rods for UHV composite post insualtor has obtained three national patents. In June,2013,Taporel Electrical produced dia200mm, length4500mm epoxy resin fiberglass rodused for UHV composite post insulator. The quality inspection personnel of Taporel Electrical do the penetration test,water diffusion test, tensile strength test and bending strength test,etc electrical and machanical test according to GB/T19519,DL/T864,DL/T810,IEC61109. The results compeletely conform with related technical standard requirement. We adopts the vacuum injection technics to produce  Ø 200 mm * 4500 mm rod. 2019 is a year full of challenges for Taporel Electrical since it confronts difficulties, such as waves of government supervision (environmental protection inspection, safety inspection, etc.), and price rise of raw materials for FRP core rod. Among the raw materials, glass fiber, epoxy resin and curing agent increase by 15%, 32% and 22%, respectively.
