The company was established in 1995. Over the past 27 years, it has remained consistent and dedicated to the research and development and production of composite insulating materials, accumulating rich industry experience.

  1. Own factory

We do not engage in resale business. Every product is independently developed and produced by our company. The factory is located in Jinghe Industrial Park, Xi ‘an, China. The first phase covers an area of 80 mu (53,332 square meters), with a construction area of 12,000 square meters. The second phase covers an area of 110 mu (73,332 square meters) and has a construction area of 50,000 square meters.

Taporel Electrical currently has 130 employees, among whom 32 are scientific research and management personnel. Taporel Electrical has been actively engaged in research and development and product/process development functions, including: new products, product improvements, process improvements, new materials for pultrusion molding, cost reduction, and new markets for composite materials. The material testing laboratory of Taporel Electrical has a wide range of facilities and can provide various services. The material testing laboratory provides services such as fault analysis, material evaluation and development, as well as mechanical testing. It also serves as a support laboratory for various other services offered by Taporel Electrical.

a.Mechanical property test

Tensile and compressive impact energy, fracture toughness, fatigue crack growth rate, shear bending (cantilever, three-point, etc.), spring constant testing, hardness and microhardness.

b.Material Testing and Analysis

Fatigue corrosion creep cavitation overload (torsion, tension, bending, etc.) defects.

c.Other functions include

Welding engineering sample preparation, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersion spectroscopy, optical microscope, friction testing instrument calibration, reverse engineering.

Taporel Electrical ranges from simple material preparation (grinding, cutting, wiring, drilling, covering and painting) to fully assembled or pre-assembled manufacturing. Our experienced manufacturing staff extensively employ CNC drill bits, routers and other computer-controlled devices to ensure accuracy and efficiency, enhancing the ability and capacity to deliver large quantities of manufactured products to customers in a timely manner.

Since 2005, composite insulator core rods have been exported to over 20 countries, and the products are distributed all over the world.

Passed the 5,000-hour stress corrosion resistance test conducted by Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute and the 1 million vibration test. It has passed the 100-hour water boiling test with sheath in the United States (ASTM) and is the drafting unit of the national standard GB/T2300-2008 and the standard for core rods of ultra-high voltage composite insulators [Core rods of composite insulators without release agent].
