Our core rods have successfully passed a 7,200-hour stress-corrosion resistance test, vastly exceeding the industry standard requirement of only 96 hours. This makes our products a leader in long-term reliability for harsh environments.

Applications & Environments

These core rods are compatible with various composite insulator manufacturing processes, especially injection molding. We strongly recommend using our high-temperature and acid-resistant rods for insulators installed in:

  • High-pollution areas (Industrial zones, coastal regions).

  • Regions prone to acid rain.
