Rotor Carbon Fiber End Clasp (Carbon Fiber Wound Ring)

The carbon fiber-glass fiber hybrid wound end clamp is the core load-bearing insulation component at the end of the rotor winding of a high-power doubly-fed generator.

The inner layer of carbon fiber is circumferentially wound and axially braided to withstand enormous centrifugal loads, while the outer layer is completely covered with a glass fiber insulation layer.

Exposed carbon fiber is strictly prohibited; the outer surface retains its original wound state without grinding, while the inner surface is finely machined to meet assembly roughness requirements.

It constrains the radial expansion of the rotor coil during high-speed rotation, while simultaneously achieving electrical insulation, preventing winding displacement and short-circuit faults. It has a heat resistance rating of H, with a long-term temperature resistance of 180℃.
